Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of SocioScout ("SocioScout," "we," "us," or "our") and the products, features, and services we provide (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

SocioScout is a software platform that monitors public social media conversations and surfaces high-intent business leads using automated analysis. We may add, change, or remove features at any time. The Service is provided on an ongoing basis and may evolve over time.

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract to use the Service. By using SocioScout, you represent that you meet these requirements and that any information you provide is accurate and complete.

You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use or security breach. We are not liable for any loss arising from your failure to protect your credentials.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful, harmful, deceptive, or abusive purpose
• Violate the terms, policies, or rate limits of any connected social platform
• Send spam, harassment, or unsolicited messages using leads surfaced by the Service
• Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, overload, or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
• Resell or redistribute the Service or its data without our written permission
• Infringe the intellectual property, privacy, or other rights of third parties

When you connect a social platform (such as X, Threads, or Facebook), you authorize us to access and operate that integration on your behalf. Your use of those platforms remains subject to each platform's own terms and policies, and you are responsible for complying with them. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or actions of third-party platforms.

Paid plans, where offered, are billed in advance on a recurring basis according to the plan you select. Unless otherwise stated, subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time to stop future billing. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. Taxes may apply depending on your location.

The Service, including its software, design, and branding, is owned by SocioScout and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for your internal business purposes in accordance with these Terms. You retain ownership of the content and configurations you submit to the Service.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that leads, scores, or AI-generated outputs will be accurate, complete, or suitable for your purposes. You are responsible for evaluating and verifying any output before acting on it.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SocioScout and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us for the Service in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, create risk or legal exposure for us, or for prolonged inactivity. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends, though provisions that by their nature should survive (such as intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability) will remain in effect.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Indonesia.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the revised version on this page and update the "Last updated" date. Material changes may be communicated by email or in-product notice. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
