Terms of Service

1. The service

SocioScout finds public social media posts from people asking for products or services like yours, and ranks them by how well they match your business profile. Scores are estimates to help you decide; they do not guarantee that a post leads to a sale.

2. Your account

• You must give accurate information and keep your password and connected accounts secure.
• You are responsible for activity under your account.
• You must be at least 18 years old, or have permission from a parent or guardian.

3. Connected accounts

To search Threads, you connect your own Threads account. You must follow Meta’s and Threads’ terms. SocioScout never posts anything for you without your approval. You can disconnect at any time in Settings.

4. Acceptable use

• Don’t use SocioScout to spam, harass or mislead people, or to send unsolicited bulk messages.
• Don’t collect or resell other people’s personal data from SocioScout.
• Don’t try to bypass plan limits, access other workspaces, or disrupt the service.
• We may suspend accounts that break these rules.

5. Plans and payment

• Free is free. Core is sold as a prepaid monthly or yearly pass at the price shown on the pricing page when you buy. The yearly pass is paid once for 12 months.
• Passes do not renew automatically. Buying another pass adds time to the end of your current one.
• When a pass ends, your workspace returns to Free. Your saved posts stay.
• Payments in Indonesia are processed by Belibayar. Prices are in Indonesian rupiah and include any taxes we are required to charge.

6. Refunds

If SocioScout doesn’t work because of a problem on our side and we can’t fix it within 7 days of you telling us, we refund the unused part of your pass.

Otherwise passes are not refundable once active, except where Indonesian law requires a refund. Contact contact@socioscout.com about any payment problem.

7. Your content

You keep ownership of what you enter, such as your company profile and trackers. You let us store and process it only to provide SocioScout. How we handle personal data is described in the Privacy Policy.

8. Availability and changes

We work to keep SocioScout available, but it depends on third parties such as Meta, so features can change or be interrupted. We may change or stop features; for significant changes affecting paid plans, we will tell you in advance.

9. Limitation of liability

SocioScout is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or lost-profit damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.

10. Ending your account

You can stop using SocioScout and ask us to delete your account at any time. We may end or suspend accounts that break these terms.

11. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Disputes go to the courts of Surabaya, after we first try to resolve them together.
